NewsletterForge is 100% committed to data sovereignty. Your subscriber list, email assets, and campaign drafts remain strictly your property. We never monetize, sell, or train third-party public AI models on your personal data or subscriber lists.
01Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you when you register an account, create email campaigns, or interact with our platform services:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, password hash, and organization preferences.
- Campaign Content: Text, images, block layouts, and template configurations created in the studio.
- Subscriber Data: Email addresses and custom tag fields uploaded by you to deliver campaigns.
- Technical Logs: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and interaction telemetry required for security and performance auditing.
02How We Use Your Data
Your information is strictly utilized to operate, secure, and deliver the NewsletterForge application:
Service Execution
Delivering newsletters, rendering template presets, and managing subscriber segments.
AI Copywriting
Processing prompts with O2 AI engine in real time without storing unauthenticated training data.
03Data Protection & Encryption
All data transmitted to and from NewsletterForge is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocols and encrypted at rest using AES-256 bit encryption within Supabase and PostgreSQL infrastructure. Access controls follow strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles.
04Your Rights & Data Export
You retain complete control over your data. At any time, you can:
- Export your subscriber list and campaign archives in standard CSV / JSON formats.
- Request full account deletion and purge of associated database records.
- Opt out of system communications or transactional update notifications.
