01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NewsletterForge ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

02Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

NewsletterForge maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding spam, phishing, and unauthorized bulk email delivery:

• Permission-based lists: You may only send campaigns to recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive email communications from you.
• Unsubscribe compliance: All campaigns must include an accessible one-click unsubscribe mechanism.
• Prohibited Content: Content promoting illegal activities, malware, deceptive financial schemes, or hate speech is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

03Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in the text, logos, custom images, and recipient lists that you upload or compose within NewsletterForge. NewsletterForge and its licensors retain all rights to the platform UI, drag-and-drop builder, code, and foundational O2 AI service algorithms.

04Service Availability & Fair Use

NewsletterForge is offered free of charge. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Fair use limits apply to daily token generation and email dispatch to prevent platform abuse and maintain service health for all users.
